How much do trade show services cost?

All exhibit services are based on your unique exhibit properties and coordination needs. These services are quoted per show.

What is included with trade show management?

A real person that cares and will manage the details so you don’t have to. They will oversee storage, pre-show staging and inspections, shipping, installation, show site logistics, dismantle, and any repairs or upgrades you need.

How much does trade show storage cost?
All storage is quoted based on your unique exhibit properties crate or pallet sizes (Cubic Foot).
Is shipping included with trade show exhibit storage and management?

It can be. We are able to handle all the logistics to make sure your exhibit gets to show on time. Shipping is estimated and finalized post show to ensure the lowest price and included with your other charges in one invoice.

What services are included with trade show storage?

We offer three levels of service for your exhibit properties:

  • Level 1 – Pull crate(s) or pallet(s) from storage, label, and ship.
  • Level 2 – Open crate(s) or pallet(s) and visually inspect for obvious damage and missing parts based on the setup instructions. (Recommended after every show)
  • Level 3 – Fully stage, inspect, photo, pack and ship the exhibit. (Recommended before every show)
