Frequently Asked Questions

Do your trade show exhibits come with a warranty?

Yes, exhibits come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, meaning we cover the workmanship and locking systems against defective materials as long as the exhibit is in service. We cannot be held responsible for damages due to abuse, misuse, or shipping damages. This warranty does not cover scuffs, marks, and scratches from normal use, or graphics wear and tear and misuse.

What’s the difference between fully custom and off-the shelf exhibit rentals?

There are two main differences. With our off-the shelf rental exhibits, we can offer a lower price and faster lead time since the detailing for the construction and graphic templates has already been completed. With custom rental exhibits you can look like you purchased the exhibit but for a fraction of the cost. Plus, if you rent that same exhibit again your costs will often be lower because you can reuse the customized components from before.

How long before my rental or custom trade show exhibit is ready?

This will vary greatly on the size and complexity of the design. However, once a design has been signed off the production can take between 10-15 business days for inline exhibits and 20-30 for island exhibits.
